how to receive your frescopunk order

After you have selected and ordered your Frescopunk products, your order will be produced and processed individually. This takes a few weeks.

As soon as your order is packed on pallets, it will be delivered directly to the address you specified when ordering. You will be notified when your order leaves our manufacturing facilities. Within the EU, delivery usually takes 2-3 days.

The transport of your order is insured. Your phone number will be given to the transport company, who will inform you about the time of delivery.

The shipping costs are calculated and offered separately after the ordering process in the online shop.

vat and import taxes

The prices on our website and online shop do not include VAT.

EU-customers
The VAT is calculated and added during your checkout in the online shop and will be shown separately on your invoice.

EU-customers with a VAT number / for resale
The VAT is calculated and added automatically during your checkout in the online shop.

Please complete the order process and then provide us with your valid VAT number by replying to the order confirmation email once you have received it.

We’ll then send you a new invoice without VAT by email. Your VAT number will be stated on this invoice and both your VAT number and the total export amount will be reported to the tax authorities.

If you have paid by credit card, the VAT will be refunded to your credit card.

If you have chosen direct bank transfer as payment method, you can then transfer the updated invoice amount without VAT.

If you have chosen self-collection as a shipping option, the VAT will be invoiced. After you have sent us a signed entry certificate by post, the VAT will be refunded to you.

Customers in Switzerland
The Swiss VAT is calculated and added during your checkout in the online shop.

The VAT will be shown separately on your invoice.

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland.

No additional administrative costs for import customs clearance and no import duties will be invoiced.
